Nigeria’s Vice President survives helicopter crash weeks before the election

A helicopter transporting Nigeria’s Vice President Yemi Osinbajo crash-landed on Saturday travelling to a political campaign weeks before the election, but he survived unhurt.

Nigerian go to the polls on Feb. 16 to elect a new president in an election. Political party candidates have been campaigning across the country.
